Zoo in Gdansk-Oliwa

In Oliwa there is the zoological garden, possessing representatives of a few hundred animal species, living in conditions similar to the natural ones. The Oliwa zoo is a member of the European Association of Zoological Gardens and Aquariums, thanks to which it participated in the European Breeding Programs for endangered species.

Picturesque areas and interesting animals make this place a desired target of family walks and not only. The best pavilion is that with chimpanzees, but the whole zoo is definitely worth visiting.
