Cathedral in Gdansk Oliwa
Oliwa is the north district of Gdansk and its Gothic church, which used to belong to the Cistercian monastery, nowadays is the cathedral of the archdiocese of Gdansk, and is famous for its wonderful organs. A lot of people come to listen to the organs’ magnificent sound during the summer Festival of the Organ Music. Interior of the church shows different styles, namely the Renaissance altar, rococo organs, and many other precious works of arts like portraits of Polish kings and princes of Pomerania. Around the cathedral, there is a beautiful park with monument buildings.
